North Olmsted Party Center and Catering

I had my wedding reception here last night and it was the worst decision I have ever made. Mae, the owner, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only was she rude to me, she was rude to my guests and my DJ. She has a horrible personality and the staff was terrible. I paid for my guests to have two meats each and the staff was only allowing one. The staff then proceeded to make plates for themselves and eat the food I paid for. They also put a limit on how much coffee my guests could have. I called Mae to let her know that I was unsatisfied with her service. While on the phone, she threatened to call her lawyer if I posted a bad review. As a paying customer, I have every right to write a review about my experience. I could go on for days about how bad my experience was, but I won’t. I just want everyone to know I would NEVER recommend anyone use this place to hold an event.

I was there this weekend for my sister and brother-​in-​laws wedding reception and I was EXTREMELY disappointed! First off, the entire staff, ESPECIALLY the owner May were the most rude people I have EVER met and dealt with! The food was not prepared on time! The servers were dirty and grungy looking with stains all over their clothes and aprons. The bathrooms were disgusting and unsatisfactory! The owner was nothing but rude to not only the bride and groom but also to all of the guests and the DJ! For a paying customer to be treated with such disrespect is insane! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! If I could give negative stars I would in a heartbeat! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
