NEVER EVER use PC Power. I dropped off my Dell laptop b/c the hard drive crashed. Yes, they were able to restore all my docs and pics but dealing with them wasn’t worth it. They never answer the phone and never return your calls. I showed up at the store during business hours but it was closed. I left them several messages requesting them to call me back. When they called back they didn’t even apologize for not being open. I questioned them and the owner launched into a story about his car ride and how he hurt his knee. Working with them isn’t worth the aggravation. Find someone else.
