worst customer service I have ever seen. the person helping me get my glasses pressed me into a frame I didn’t love compared to a frame I did love. also upgraded my lens without my consent. I had also come in with an infection in my eye and the person helping me with my glasses kept making remakes about it. I felt like this was extremely unprofessional. then when I spoke to the manager about how unprofessional I felt the employee was, the manager told me I was lying because the employees have great customer service! I explained to him the situation and how I wanted a refund. after 20+ minutes of him being argumentative and raising his voice to me he finally ended the conversation with«just give me your card number so I don’t have to deal with you anymore» you preach you have great customer service and yet you yell at your customers?! talk about unprofessional!
