Planet Fitness – North Olmsted

This company is a joke terrible customer service try to force you to pay more money even after you’ve paid your contract in full I really hope they don’t stay in business for very long people stop giving them your money

I have been a fan of Planet Fitness for years, starting with the North Canton location. I drifted away from Planet Fitness for a while because the closest one was the one in Rocky River and I was not a fan of it at all.
A couple years later, the NO branch opened up and it rekindled a love that I had forgotten about. I have the black card, so I can work out at any of the gyms in the country for a little over $ 20 a month (I’m counting taxes)
The gym is very clean and very large. Lots of machines for everyone to use. The staff (both day and night shift) are very friendly and helpful.
The only thing that is keeping me from giving PF a five star review is that it is not open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a person that works strictly night shift, I am thankful that the gym is open all night most of the week. I do wish the weekends were also 24 hours so I could get my adrenaline fix no matter what day or time it is.
Overall, I love this gym and and plan on being a long time member.

I recently had to switch my home gym from brookpark to north Olmsted. I heard from other members that it wasn’t nearly as good. I’ve also used the Elyria location many times. At the north Olmsted location I never have problems waiting to use machines, get into the tanning beds, waiting for massage chairs, or have to deal with pissy members and workers. Everyone including the workers are always happy and friendly, the place is always clean, and they have many machines that other locations do not have. I would rather go to this location over any of the others.
