Took my car in(through my insurance co.) for some maintenance after a minor accident. The service was good, and they had an Enterprise Rental rep who had a loaner car ready for my use. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only odd part was having to deal with a chihuahua like dog which kept barking and running around the office.

Although the body work done looks really good; it was an aggravating experience. The work took a little longer which was fine; the front end damage was extensive. Yet they didn’t even attempt to contact the insurance company regarding the alignment with the excuse being insurance company’s only cover alignments when direct tire impact occurs. Not true, I sent all the paperwork substantiating my claim and I was reimbursed by the insurance company for the alignment I had to have done. The headlight they replaced was not aimed properly, and even though they are open on a Saturday and evenings until six they were unable to accommodate my schedule for their mistake; which resulted in my taking time off for it to be fixed. And when I called about the headlight to begin with I thought it was rude and uncalled for him tell me it would come out of the technician’s pocket. Was this to make me feel guilty? Is this how they treat their employees? I won’t use Suburban again.

The repair process for my wife’s car was much faster than I expected. It literally looks brand new! Thanks, guys!
