I had issues with my pool for 2+ years with loss of chlorine and algae — a never ending battle. I had been everywhere to many other pool stores including other Pinch A Penny’s. I finally found «Doc» at the Northlake Blvd store and he took my issue and made it a personal mission to solve it. He even gave me a bunch of free product to fix my issues and did not pass it off to some store associate. They call him the Doc because he really knows his stuff and finds a cure for any pool issues. I was very happy with his approach, very nice, honest and he really knows his stuff. I appreciated his determination to take my issues like it was his own pool. Highly recommended.
