Dimolas is the best! Their penne vodka dinner is my favorite take out penne vodka!!! They have the best eggplant, chicken franchise, and salad pizzas! I’m from North Jersey, and every salad pizza up here falls apart. Dimolas’ salad slice has shredded lettuce, dressing, and really yummy chicken! Their daily special is the perfect amount of food and reasonably priced. Occasionally the amount of turkey varies by the person who makes it, but it is always delicious. Their website needs a little work (there’s nothing in the ‘about us’ section!), but anytime I’m in the area I make it a point to stop in. They’re better than every pizza place in North Jersey, and we have a lot of pizza places.

I was there this Sunday trying to get some Lunch for me and my family. I was at the cash register looking at the menu when the cashier told me rudely to sit down while I looked at the menu I had no problem doing so. When I came back to place my order the cashier an older gentleman totally ignored me when I was standing there … he didn’t want to take my order and he ended up taking someones order rather than taking mine!!! I ended up walking out.

there online menu price is different than in the restaurant (restaurant prices are so much higher) how stupid is that!!!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I thought I would today. I called up to place an order for delivery for my office, but the owner (I think he was the owner) said that we were a little outside of his delivery area. Not a good start. The reviews about the pizza was positive though, so I thought I’d give it a try. I called in for 4 pies and a salad. My order was ready when I got there. The owner was apologetic about not being able to deliver and was extremely kind and friendly. He threw in some drinks, and made sure I had all the extras (napkins, plates, dressing, crushed red pepper). The pizza itself was great and the salad tasted nice and fresh. Bottom line. I don’t even care that he couldn’t deliver anymore with the level of customer service and the quality of the product he provided. He’s definitely won my repeat business and he definitely has some fans in my office after they ate the food. I wish more business/​restaurant owners had the top notch level of customer service this place has… I’ll be back for sure.

Always a pleasure eating at this local pizzaria. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. They make the pizza the way you want it and they aren’t skimpy on ingredients. There’s usually places to sit on a Fri night since most people either takeout or deliver. The pizza isn’t too salty and ingredients taste average to me. The pizza isn’t too thin but it isn’t thick either. With a lack of local pizzaria’s around the area, Dimola’s stands out as one of the better ones I’ve had.
I’ll easily come back here on the regular!

Don’t let the outside appearance fool you, it definitely looks like a hole in the wall but it will not disappoint. Probably one of the best tasting slices of pizza i have ever had. From the size of the slice to the taste, simply perfect. I promise you will not just have one slice.

I used to really enjoy eating at Dimolas since it’s close to my house, The first time I ever had problems was when I ordered something off of their online menu. When I went to go pick it up it was a different price from the menu online the owner informed me that their website menu isn’t updated and gave me an attitude. It was resolved but I left with a bad taste.
The second and last time I went to dimolas I went to go get a pastry from the refrigerator after I pick the pastry out and almost started to eat it I realize that there was a mold on the pizza.
Pizza is okay, but not worth it.

Disappointed AGAIN. i really enjoy the food at Di mola’s pizzeria but placing a phone order, to be picked up, leaves a lot to be desired. Tonight I placed an order then drove on a snow covered rt 22 to pick up the food. After a very short wait i was on my way back home to enjoy the food w/​my family. With great anticipation i opened the first pizza box. With great DISAPPOINTMENT i found the order to be wrong. i opened up my other two orders to find that the 2^nd pie was correct but, the wings were wrong. This isn’t the first time i took home an order that was wrong from this pizzeria .
i placed a call to the pizzeria to voice my disappointment. After speaking to an employee, who tried his best to sound like he cared (i do give him credit for trying), i spoke to who i believe is the owner. After explaining what had happened he apologized then asked me to drive back for a new pie. Any other day i would have but the terrible weather kept me from leaving home again. I appreciated his offer but would have liked if he offered to send one of his delivery drivers out instead. unfortunately that was not offered .
Before our conversation ended i had to let him know that this wasn’t the only time i had picked up an ordered that turned out to be wrong. I was a little disappointed with his answer which went yeah I’m sorry its really crazy in here. I wondered why he used that excuse because i JUST LEFT the pizzeria. There was NO ONE eating in the restaurant portion nor was there but 2 pizza’s, no other food, waiting on the top of the ovens to be picked up or delivered. Ive seen Di Mola’s busy, tonight wasn’t one of those night .
In closing i want to let anyone reading this review know that the food is really good at this pizza place. If your gonna place an order for pick or delivery check what you got before you leave. This thought crossed my mind tonight but i didn’t want to insult anyone.

Stopped here on the way to get oil change. Bought a small stromboli and it was huge!!! The cheese and pepperoni were delicious, the crust was baked to perfection, the marinara sauce wasn’t bad but I’ve had better. Overall it was great will definitely go back to have another! Owner was very friendly and love going to these mom and pop owner businesses!

Really good pizza. The owner is super friendly and gets pies out super fast. They make everything on the premises and the garlic knots are a definite must grab.
The ambiance is okay, kind of like the take out chinese place next door. But I don’t really care.
The cannolis were okay, I wouldn’t really recommend those. But, the pizza is what they’re known for, and rightfully so.

Great pizza! The owner is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure that you get great customer service and that your food is good! I highly recommend this place! The pizza was great and the cannoli was awesome!

Stopped here for the 2^nd time this month. Slight detour on the way to the airport. Chicken salad slice was great and also a plain!

Probably the best Pizzeria on Route 22 !!

Great pizza. Great Guys working there. always something new going on. Killer cheesesteaks. If you’re hungry this is the place to go to. and they deliver now! they take credit cards… and they’re catering is great and affordable!

The only pizza my picky four year old will eat, and with good reason. The crust is just the right combination of soft and crisp, and the cheese is always fresh. The sandwiches are also a family favorite.
Dining in? The soda cases include Stewarts products, for an extra treat.
9 times out of 10, whether in person or over the telephone, the owner is the one taking your order, and gives the impression of being truly grateful for the business.
There are many pizza places in the area, but this is truly top of the list.

I love DiMola’s! it’s very close to my work and I go a lot with a coworker. the owner is always very nice and friendly. not only that, but you get your money’s worth. I always get a huge slice of pizza when I go there. they make great sandwiches as well and always have good specials. this is definitely one of the better pizza places in the area.

I moved to the area at the end of August and was stressed from a crazy ass moving day. I ordered a Sicilian pie with garlic and sausage from this place for pick up. Upon arrival I had a pleasant convo with the guy working the register and ended up leaving with a bunch of free slices in addition to my order since I told him it was my first time there.
The pizza is delicious and as a Jersey kid (whose mom is obv Italian too) who has eaten a whole lot of NJ/​NY pizza that’s saying a LOT.
Since then we’ve gotten delivery at our house and the meat Stromboli and accompanying sauce are great. Calamari has a little too much breading but was flavorful. Same with the wings. Pizza is the way to go!
Haven’t tried any dinners yet but hope to soon!!!

This place has been around for sometime and I heard nothing but good things about their pizza and hot sandwiches.
I really didn’t feel like cooking which is not like me in the least so I decided to order a Sicilian pizza and a chicken Parm sub.
From the time I placed the order until I picked it up was about 20 – 25 minutes.
This place is located on rt. 22 east in North Plainfield in a small strip mall. There is parking, and you can eat there.
My Sicilian pizza was delicious. When I took my first bite, the dough was soft just the way I like it. Di Mola’s sauce had plenty of flavor and the crust had texture and was golden brown. It reminded me of the way my Aunt Mary made her homemade Sicilian pizza. It was very authentic ! The chicken Parm sub was equally good. The chicken was breaded and fried and then layered with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on a hogie roll hot out of the oven.
The chicken was very tender and moist loaded with sauce and cheese. You can’t go wrong! I wanted to try their fried calamari but I was too full. That will be on my list for next time.
This place is definitely worth trying!
