ASTORIA, NY
The walls are paper thin and some of the clientele that live there lack consideration for others regarding noise. Living here has been very stressful for me and my animal as a result of this.
When I moved in I was told that they don’t allow children over 1 year of age on the 2nd floor. Because of this I chose a bottom floor apartment when I could have chosen one upstairs. The child who lives over me is probably about 2 years old and is allowed to run until all hours of the evening.
The grounds are pretty.
Maintenance is decent.
The rent is high
