As far as outdoor malls go, this is one of the best in the area. Located on Rt 22, its easy to find with plenty of parking. Its a fairly new mall, so everything is clean and modern. Some of the major stores in this mall include: Staples, Stop & Shop, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Bed Bath and Beyond, Stein Mart, TJ Maxx, Models, PC Richard, PetSmart, DSW Shoes, and several others. There’s one place to get food here, Paisanos, but its not very good. Still, if you are running errands for a few hours and want something quick to eat, its convenient. It would get one more star if they had more food options.

Great assortment of stores including target, staples, walmart, modells, ac moore, tj max, etc. I usually come here to walk around if bored or if I need something. You have to walk outdoors to get from store to store. There is a big lot in the center. There is even a supermarket stop and shop. Most stores are new looking. It can get quite crowded on weekends. Mostly locals come here.

Would be 4.5 stars… This strip mall has been around for several years. But what’s unique about this place is that there are two levels on the main structure(or «heart) of the strip mall. Both levels could be accessed by driving around, and on foot by a sidewalk located off of the two streets that bring patrons in and out of this strip mall. There’s also a separate strip of stores in the back of the main structure too. Finally, there are some separate, free-standing anchor stores located in the back(behind, left & right sides) of the main structure as well. Much of the strip mall consists of a mix of clothing, shoes, and cosmetic stores. Separate from the mix include Staples, PC Richard & Son, PetSmart, and Modell’s Sporting Goods(all in the main structure). Anchor stores that are next to each other or other tenants include Stop & Shop, and Bed, Bath & Beyond(strip structure in the back). Borders used to be here, before being replaced by Stein Mart. The separate, free-standing anchor stores are Wal*Mart, Target, and The Home Depot. Whenever we come to this strip mall, we usually end up going to Target and Wal*Mart for general merchandise. Sometimes we go to The Home Depot if we want plants or need some supplies to repair certain issues at home. Sometimes we would stop at Staples if we need more ink for our printer. In the past, we did stop at Stein Mart, TJ Maxx, Modell’s, and Bed, Bath & Beyond. The only thing negative about this place would be the traffic. Sure it may be the case with almost any strip mall, but sometimes the drivers would be really slow on the«main road» of the strip mall. They would even make turns without using their blinker. Or sometimes they might drive like a lunatic. So far, there aren’t any vacant spaces here. Overall, this is a very good strip mall to complete certain errands!
