The other reviewers are spot on. These guys are nothing but slimy low-​lifes who will say anything to screw you over. I went there when I was 21 years old, by myself. I had no expertise in buying cars and was innocent to the scams of car salesmen. I was bikimg to work, and desperate for a vehicle before winter hit. They used that to their full advantage.
I found a car I wanted but they said I couldn’t get approved for a car that old. Long story short my credit and pride were deeply damaged.
Shop anywhere, ANYWHERE, else.

You bought it you got it is the Bob Spady motto even if it’s brand new! It’s well worth the drive to go ANYWHERE else, all you will get here is the runaround, it’s someone else’s fault or it’s not our problem. NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! BUYERS BEWARE! They will stick it to you with a sneer on their faces. NEVER AGAIN!

Very deceitful. We were interested in a truck that they had for sale. We were told that they could get close to the price we were thinking on the phone. When we got there (which was a 4 ½ drive) they said it would be $ 12,000 more than the original price we had talked about! Liars, just to get us in the door! We also told them, lets not waste your time and our time if they wouldn’t consider this price range (on the phone). They still had us come out! Will NEVER deal with this dealership again. Highly do not recommend!

The salesman (Patrick) led us to believe that we signed a great deal on a car that was approved by the sales manager, but when we arranged to get the vehicle, the salesman informed us that we signed a deal that was $ 2,000 dollars more than we offered because of a bait-​and-​switch he pulled with the terminology. We talked to the manager (Russell) the next day and he refused to honor the deal we originally offered, calling it a «misunderstanding» that he shouldn’t be responsible for. They tried to screw us over, but we fortunately caught the scam and walked before being had. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM BOB SPADY IN NORTH PLATTE NE!!!
