Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta

I’ve been shopping at this Ulta for over a year now and after numerous visits I’ve learned to research the product (s) I’m looking for ahead of time. Unfortunately the associates that work here are incredibly unknowledgeable about the products they offer. For example the other day I was looking for colored eyelash adhesive. I knew one existed by Duo brand so I asked a lady where I could find it (keep in mind her name tag said she was a manager). She stated there was not such a product and then took me to the false eyelash section. As she was picking up some boxes of adhesive that had fallen she realized she was holding black eyelash adhesive and in her own words, «I guess we do have such a product.»
If you’re going to hire people to work in the beauty industry then spend the time to make sure they have a strong knowledge of the products that are offered in your store.
I will continue shopping here because it’s closer than the next closest Ulta, over 90 minutes away! I’ll continue researching the products I’m looking for before I shop.
