Their idea of an inspection report is part 2 of a triplicate form where the items circled don’t match up on the page and a bunch of measurements and a hand written statement that says the tank is deflected and they recommend replacement. If you weren’t standing with the inspector, this sheet means nothing to a layperson. I called and asked for a written report and was told they would not change the report nor would they do a written report explaining what that piece of paper and the measurements meant. For $ 200 take your business elsewhere! I would give them negative stars if I could. I paid for a service and got a worthless piece of paper. Never will they do any business with me!!!
