Rainscape came out to give me a proposal to upgrade our landscape lighting. After two weeks, I had to contact them twice in order to get them to send my proposal. I then called them with two small questions about the proposal…1: they quoted too many lights and 2: I wanted some information on the lighting equipment they would install. I was told that they would respond the same day with my request… The Customer Service agent said that she would call me directly if the field people did not respond. I even offered to stop by their office to get the questions answered. They are based in the same town as me. Noone ever called back… ever — outrageously poor service! I am only happy that I did not go with them… I can only imagine what would happen if you had a problem. I have gone with another company who responded as you would expect a company to respond. I will pay a few hundred dollars more, but will get service I can count on and not the very POOR service from RainScape.
