If you want to have cell phone pictures of your A/​C sent to their boss so they can pace around outside your house and have a laugh for 10 – 15 minutes about your issue before they tell you they are unable to fix it and hand you a quote for a new A/​C unit, use these guys! That’s exactly what happened! These are the guys you hear about and want to try to stay away from. No wonder I didn’t have to wait for an appointment.
