I think he has some mental issue and needs help. I went to him because he was close by and accepting my insurance. I would give him a 0 star.

VERYBAD(if there is a ZERO star, I would have picked it, that is why I had to give him a lone star). I went to his office when I moved to MD and he was one of the few in the area who was accepting patients. I have to say, he will give you a lot of his time when he meets you, which is not bad. However, it seems that he does that because he does not have that many patients like others, and he uses this method to give the impression(for those waiting to see him) that this is a busy clinic. What really bugged me is that I had an initial blood work done, which indicated an increase in blood glucose. Now, in order for a patient to know the results, he/she MUST go for a second visit and pay$$(at my previous clinic, your results are uploaded onto your clinic online account). Then the Dr. asked for a followup blood test, so after few days, I called to ask about the result and they refused to give me the result over the phone, and insisted that I have to visit(think $$$). The receptionist, initially said that no I can’t tell you the result cause it is illegal. I fought with her saying that there is nothing in the law that indicates that a patient can’t obtain medical result if he/she personally call in and I even told her to ask the Dr. what part of the MD medical law that prevents passing exam results to a patient. After several minutes arguing I hang up because she was not accepting any argument. Then she her self called me at the end of the day and gave me the result, and of course, I asked her: so after all it is NOT illegal to tell me the result over the phone!

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. What a joke of a doctor. As I was sitting in his waiting room he came out and asked the girl up front who is in medical school why his patient is telling him the pharmacy couldnt give him a refill on pain medication, the girl who isn’t even a doctor explained to him its because its a schedule 2 drug and he still wasn’t understanding. He is so bipolar. Also extremely expensive if you don’t have insurance. Costs $ 250 for a refill visit.
