The charms are not very good quality and the prices are expensive, even at wholesale prices. Plan to order double what you need, because they will send you a large percentage of charms that have blemishes, bumps, lumps, dents, or that are broken. They either don’t check their charms before shipping, or they just don’t care. There is much better quality jewelry and crafting supplies out there. I do not recommend this company.

Just got my order and love it! Can’t wait to wear it. I can’t figure out how to attach my extra charm to one of the bracelets, but other than that, I am super pleased!

Wow after reading these reviews I’m beginning to get worried! I just received my charm bracelet yesterday and am rather disappointed. The bracelet I received was not the same colors as the photo and the main charm fell off just hours after putting it on. Of course I can’t find it, and am really hoping they issue me a refund or replacement. Their bracelets are really cute, just hope they can follow through with the quality and customer service.
EDIT: I was told (very politely!) to send my bracelet back to get fixed or replaced… BUT… I didn’t think paying to ship back my bracelet was worth my time or additional funds. It would’ve been really nice if they would’ve just sent me a new one! I can see why they didn’t (with so many people trying to fraud their way into free goodies) but still!!! If the quality isn’t there to begin with, neither are my 5 stars!

Terrible place with worst customer service. They will send you damaged charms with pieces broken off or chips in it and you have to harrass them to send you a new one. You would think they would work on it but nope no matter how many complaints they will send you broken jewelry or charms. And don’t dare call customer service! Everyone who answers is always rude and bitchy and even will tell you off. I hope this place closes because even with a great selection of charms what good is it if it all comes damaged or even if it comes at all!

horrible service!!! cannot get anyone to reply to e-​mails or answer the phone. i get charged ridiculious shipping charge and still after almost 30 days… nothing. very sad becasue it is a cute product but they will never ever get my business again — and i better get my refund!!!
