One of the best DD’s I’ve been to and I live in these places as I work on the road. Friendly and professional staff. Thank you team– great work today.

Always get my coffee right. Never had a rude customer service situation. Very pleasant here.

This Dunkin’ Donuts used to be my daily coffee haunt, and back when I lived in this neighborhood, the team that worked there was always on point with everyone’s orders. Many a slurring hungover college student has gotten their ice’ cawfee made to perfection here. Something changed a few years ago. The manager went to another store, and now this coffee shop can’t get anything right. I went in with a friend a couple of months ago and three times in a row, they made our coffees wrong. Three. Times. Medium iced French vanilla. Milk and three Splendas. It’s not a complicated coffee order… I expect mistakes when I order coffee from DD because they are so busy, but of the four or five last times I’ve been to this shop, they have never failed to drastically mess up my coffee. Somehow, the last time I went here, they made the coffee so bad, I actually spit it out. Not only was it burnt, but there was a pint of sugar in the bottom combined with some foul fruit flavor AND french vanilla. I don’t spit food out. If someone makes me something I don’t like, I usually just deal with it. But this was bad enough I went back in and asked for a new coffee. They had messed up my friend’s, too. They made my coffee wrong the second time, but his was somehow even more off, being filled with cream instead of skim milk and extra-extra sugar. Mine just had cream instead of milk, and I can deal with that, so I left it as is. He asked for his coffee to be remade a third time, and not only was he given rude attitude, but they filled his cup with burnt coffee once more. Some people say this is a great Dunk, but I think it’s sunk.

Congratulations, you officially are the worst DD I’ve set foot in. Here are a few pointers: 1) A half dozen is not 25.(Dang, even my math skills aren’t that bad and I went to Kumon as a kid.) 2) An off duty employee should not interrupt my order to ask for change and have a conversation with you and tell you how«wicked» wasted she’s going to get on her day off.(You think I talk funny, I think y’all talk funny but just don’t interrupt me.) 3) A donut hole, ma’am… is just what you call a munchkin.(I’m not the stupid one. See #1.) Avoid. Abort. Assail with expletives and one finger salute as you drive by northern friends.

The best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve yet to visit. The drive-thru staff is always warm and welcoming with a chipper kick to those early birds like me getting their breakfast sandwiches and the HOTAPPLECIDER! As I drove through this past Friday, the girl at the window complimented my pink zebra interior along with a few other staff members! Thanks for being so friendly! I know where I’ll be getting my orders from now on!

I love this location. DD is kinda hit or miss around here, but the daytime staff here are always fast, friendly, articulate(important for those crappy drive-thru speakers,) and most importantly they never screw up an order. The other location that I live near has about an 80% chance of either asking what my order was again at the window, giving me something totally different than what I asked for, or both. They have a sweet tunnel over the drive-thru but even when it’s raining I’d rather go to Admiral Street!
