Pretty convenient location, always relatively clean, and customer service has been great every time. Much smaller selection than most other stores, which is really the only issue I have. I usually can’t find my size in the shoe I want at this location, but they can search the database and let me know where to find it. For someone who needs wide width shoes, though, Payless in general is a great deal.

Staff at this location specifically are very professional and friendly. They treat you like they have known you for years. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!
