These people were so rude and work on commission. They only treat you respectfully if you are purchasing a phone/​plan. Any other issue they are not helpful and try to sell you phones. Each conversation felt like an argument. I won’t be going back. T-​mobile was a better experience.

Least stressful Sprint store experience to date!
Went in today to consider my upgrade options and check out the iPhone 6.
I found Steve who helped us, very informative while explaining my options.
He went over buying the phone outright, leasing and going with a 2 year contract.
The lease option comes out cheapest overall but makes the monthly bill higher than I would like. The mid option is to buy the phone outright and keep the same plan I have /​same bill total as now.
I’m a person who likes to mull over my decisions — and there was no pressure /​attitude when I said I wanted to think about it before making the leap!
I like this store a lot more than my local store and will be sure to return here when I finally make the switch!
