The Green Paw Spa

My fur baby is getting old and has trouble getting in the tub these days so I take my stinky pup to the green paw spa. They take good care of her during her stay and when I pick her up she is squeaky clean and smells like a peach. They always adorn her with a cute bandana. If you love your fur baby then you’ll take them the green paw spa.

Great job! Reasonable price. I have a border collie and a boxer/​golden mix. Took my furry kids in for a bath and nails. The service included brushing, teeth and a bit of a trim up. Both dogs looked fabulous, smelled great, and came out prancing! They were quite pleased with themselves! What a gem of a groomer!

I called yesterday to make an appointment for my two very small poodles and the woman on the phone was very professional and helpful. She gave me an appointment for this morning and was able to work around my work schedule by allowing me to drop them off at 8:30am. I dropped off my dogs promptly at 8:30am and the woman behind the desk took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. At about 10am, I got a call that my dogs were ready for pickup and I told them that I wouldn’t be able to pick them up until about 11am, in which they understood. Once I got there, I noticed their mustache was a bit longer than I preferred so they kindly took them to the back and within 5 minutes they both looked perfect! They even waited until I arrived to apply cologne on my dogs and ask if it was ok, which I greatly appreciated! My dogs both smell like blueberries and look amazing! The staff at The Green Paw staff certainly aim to please! Keep up the good work and I look forward to booking my next appointment.

i am big fan of green paw spa, i take my 3 dogs to see them, Snowball my bichon go to splash and dash every sat morning, ty to mandi and jared for taking care of my kids, to any one that is curious splash and dash is well worth money,

I have been bringing my dog Maylie to the Green Paw Spa for about 2 years now. She is a «squeaker» from what Mandi says! I have never had any problems with them. Mandi takes the time to know how I want her cut and now their new system is great! You sign the book and they put down the time so you know if they get busy and don’t have a chance to call you, you can go at a certain time. I think that is wonderful! I will continue to bring my dog here and suggest to anyone that I know that they should do the same!

Owner was extremely nice and professional really listening to how we wanted our dog groomed… she did a fabulous job!!! Going to take her back in a few weeks for 2^nd haircut… Beware animal lovers… groomers do not have to be licensed in the state of RI… the owner however went to a 2yr school and is definitely licensed!!!

I first went to Green paw spa because I had a groupon, it was only going to be a one time thing since I live in the Cumberland/​Woonsocket area and didn’t want to drive to N. Prov all the time.
Well I was so impressed with Mandi taking the time to get to know my dog, how I wanted her cut, I have been taking my dog to her for almost fours and would not take my dog anywhere else.
Mandi and her staff are very patient and honest. I trust Mandi enough that I have boarded my dog with her for 3 days.
I highly recommend The Green Paw Spa!

This place is completely nuts!
I took my dog here and signed up for their «splash and dash» gimmick! They were awful. They claimed that I would receive unlimited monthly baths with an easier time getting appointments (something you need here because they only bathe dog 4 days a week)! They changed their hours three times! Never had my dog ready, cut his nails too short. I never made much of a big deal about it because this stuff happens. But TWICE they double charged my card. They cleared it the first time claiming it was a mistake. BUT THE SECOND time, they said they didn’t and accused ME of making it up. I couldn’t believe it! Then the woman actually told me she didn’t think they were the groomer for ME! This place is run by incompetents.
They clearly don’t care about their customers because they can obviously pick and choose them. Go somewhere else!

I used them for a few months. They seemed to go through a lot of staff changes and there were inconsistencies in my dogs cut and scheduling. They had one girl at the front who was just great. I noticed that she left and I couldn’t get appointments, they wouldn’t answer the phone, I had to wait for call backs. I had to switch because I moved, they kept changing their hours and I wasn’t liking my dogs hair cuts. She would come home with uneven hair and I’d have to cut again at home. There were also a few times when I’d ask for the extras (teeth, ear cleanings and nail clippings), I’d pay for it and they wouldn’t. Seem like nice people who like the animals but I have had better groomers when I lived in CT so I know I can find WAY better. Again, nice people but I just wasn’t impressed AT ALL. There are lots if nice people who like animals but I need a groomer who is reliable and they just aren’t.

I first heard about Green Paw Spa on Groupon and let me say I think this place is AMAZING! I bring 2 of my cats here every year about 3 – 4 times a year when the weather starts getting warm. My cats come back shaved nicely, nice and short with pom pom tails and they smell and look absolutely amazing. Also a blueberry facial is included in the package, the nails are trimmed. I love this place and will continue to take my pets here and not to mention a very friendly staff. A++

I brought my Papillion, Twix to The Green Paw Spa yesterday. I have always groomed her myself, but have not had time because of a busy work schedule. It was a difficult decision for me to make, almost like leaving a kid in the hands of a stranger.
But, her beautiful coat had several matts and she was shedding like crazy and I knew it was too big of a job for someone as inexperienced as myself. I know first hand that her grooming would take some time and patience.
Mandi, the groomer (and owner, I think) was very knowledgeable and compassionate when explaining all that would go into getting her looking her best. With Twix being a senior, it was best that we get it done with not making her be uncomfortable for too long a time. She truly cared about the well being of my little girl. Samantha called me when Twix was ready, and I could not have been happier. Her coat was absolutely silky, clean and shed free! She was gorgeous from head to toe, and she knew it, that was the best part. The price was very reasonable, considering the time and effort that went into her spa day. I will most definately return to keep Twix looking perfect, and am referring to all my friends. I am so grateful to Mandi and her crew!
PS: I think I miscalculated the total when I left, but will surely make it up to you when I return.

Took my pup here last weekend bc we had bought a groupon. The receptionist is super sweet and they did a great job with him. My clean boy came home smelling great and his coat was pretty and shiny. He was upset with me that I took him out. He cried the whole way home while staring out the back window, yes my 85lb lab is a big baby. I will definitely bring him back again!

I stopped in there today with my precious pooch Prince to have his nails trimmed. Mandi the owner was there to greet us. My dog is a bit of a nervous nelly when it comes to the Vet and the Groomers. He hates baths. So Mandi let him sniff away and get comfortable before she led him to the back room to have his nails clipped. I was able to follow and stay with him too. I found Mandi’s approach and her interactions with the other dogs and their owners to be wonderful. She totally put Prince at ease and we will be back in four weeks for a bath and brush. Her rates are reasonable and the location is easy to find. I love that it is located right next to my tailor and cleaners too!
I should also mention that the spa follows a holistic approach to grooming which is in line with our green philosophy and also because our furbaby has severe skin allergies so he eats holistic dog food and needs to use all natural products which The Green Paw Spa does! It is a win-​win for the dog, humans and planet Earth!

The Green Paw Spa is truely AMAZING! I wouldn’t take my puppy anywhere else. The customer service is great, they are extremely knowledgeable, and they really take the time to listen. My puppy always leaves happy, well groomed, and smelling fantastic! I would highly recommend!
