I can’t say enough good things about Green Home Solutions North Shore. From the first contact with Chris, the owner, it was great. In a society where customer service is a dying art, it was wonderful to receive such great treatment from a company. They arranged their schedule around ME. I had a severe mold problem in my attic and GHS took care of it in one day. Their prices are so reasonable it almost scared me off but they do what they say and for a great price. They worked with my insurance company, calling them directly when the insurance company had questions. I have worked with a lot of companies and a lot of contractors and GHS is one of the best as far as professionalism, quality of work, and price.

We had a very negative experience with this company. Three families in our neighborhood signed on with Green Home in the spring. The initial spray was delayed by a week and we were told it was due to weather. When one of us in the neighborhood called and asked that they spray anyway because very warm weather was expected, the owner became irrationally upset. There was an odd e-mail exchange and then phone calls to the other families claiming the neighbor who emailed him was out of line. Of course, we had all seen the threads and that was hardly the case. We were all offered refunds, which two families took. We have not gotten our money back. I can’t explain what happened here. It was honestly one of the strangest situations I’ve ever had with a company. But I do feel that if you are going to offer me a refund you should honor it. I cannot speak to the product directly. I am not receiving the service. I can say that my daughter was covered in bites after she played at the neighbor’s that chose to keep their service.
