Horrible experience here, and the place smelled of rancid fish. Also the manager was horrid and rude. Will never shop here ever again.

Well, those that don’t like it, don’t go, that will just leave more for us that do. I have been going to the one in Tulsa for more than 10 years. I went t ½ Off ½ Off every Wednesday at 10 am when it was in McKinney. And now that it has moved to Richardson I go as often as I can. If you are easily overwhelmed this is not the place for you, but if you don’t mind hunting for a bargain step into the Disneyland of stores. I have never paid more than 25% here and many, many times less than that. I have gotten Miss Me, True Religion, Lucky, Guess, Levi’s, Ed Hardy, Liz, Saks, and so much more. I have gotten furniture, kitchen appliances, bedding, bath, shoes, purses, clothes. I got a $ 427 dress for $ 19 and a pair of Levi’s for $ 3. You have to look good. Some things might have stains but usually you can get the stains out. Some of the items will have broken zippers or small holes, that can easily be fixed or pay someone, you will still be saving money. The building is an older building but that way they don’t have to raise prices. The manager is an amazing guy who is so very kind. You cry babies that have a problem with this place if it is not worth saving 75%, then don’t go. As for me I am going to put on my $ 973 outfit that I paid $ 28 for(dress, shoes, undergarments, jewelry, purse) and and spend the remaining $ 945 on a vacation, while you go to your nice clean organized store and pay full price. Trust me I won’t miss you at the Coach Purse and Shoe sell, more for me!!!

As a young male, they had very nice clothes for great prices. I was here when there was a 35% off sale on about everything but even without they had great prices. Like the other review said, there were stains on some clothes and rips in others, BUT… lots of the clothes had tags and hadn’t been worn. They have a massive selection of beautiful ties all under $ 10. I bought a pair of worn Izod shorts for $ 6 and a new pair of name brand shorts(some department store brand) for another $ 15. Good deals, very organized(shorts had sizes on the tag and were well organized) so overall a great place for anyone looking for nice clothes or just fashionable name brands!

First of all. the sign is nearly impossible to read, its in some weird urban tagging font, secondly this store is nasty. The floors are dirty, its disorganized and smells like mothballs and musty clothes. The employees are the worst of all, they are lazy and rude. I overheard one employee complaining about her job and then tell a customer that Ross had better merchandise. There was broken glass on the floor, that nobody cleaned up, clothes were strewn all over the place and the younger black employees were just standing around talking and listening to the most offensive music while customers were present, but where was the manger Probably trying to find his kid who he brought to work, who was the covered in soda and food touching the merchandise. I realize this is a thrift store, but there are no standards of cleanliness, respect or decency here. As a customer, I expect my shopping experiences to be fun and decent, and as a human being, I expect to be treated with respect and not be ignored or have to listen to the employees awful music and nonstop complaints. Now, not ALL the employees were like this, there were 2 girls(older ladies) who were very nice. All in all, I would avoid this place like the plague, there are nicer, cleaner and more respectful thrift stores out there.

Gross… let me spell it out… This place is freakn’ G-R-O-S-S… This store begs the question… «How bad do woman want a deal if they are willing to put up with a store /merchandise like this?» So the story…, well my girlfriend and I were eating at the Arby’s across the street. I notice that there are a lot of cars in front of the ½ of ½ Name Brand Clothing store and ask my girlfriend if she can see the sign out front. She couldn’t read it either(there was an advertisement on the window blocking our view), but it peaked her interest in the store. I explained that we had been there before, but we both didn’t really care for it. She couldn’t remember going so we decided to check them out again. OMG!!! Just look at the pics. This place was in shambles, actually… worse then shambles(if there is such a thing). Nothing(and I mean NOTHING) is organized in this place, the store looks dirty, a lot of the products looked broken, and then we found the worst thing of all… My girlfriend found a shirt that she liked and pulled it out of the rack. While she was looking at the front of it, I was staring in disgust at the back of it. The back of this shirt was covered in dark brown /oily stains. Plus it looked like someone pulled this shirt across a dusty floor. (shivers)… She puts it back, and bravely digs around some more. I on the other hand don’t want to touch anything at this point. Now that I’ve seen what they are willing to allow on the rack, I start to notice other shirts with stains, tears, etc. «I’m done.» I tell my girlfriend. «I’ll take you anyplace you want as long as we can leave right now». She agrees and we leave(thank goodness).
