Formerly a satisfied customer turned dissatisfied. Have done good AC work for us in the past, unfortunately this horrible customer service experience ruined it for us. New to me van, had spent couple thousand already on repairs just in couple months so when they give me an estimate of $ 2200, I question certain items on it that maybe could wait, (as I don’t have unlimited funds), was told by Ann, owners daughter, she was «done» and to come get the van. I was very polite and was quite shocked at her swift change in tone and reaction. I’m guessing all their clients must be loaded. Either pay what they say or get booted? Never been talked to like that by an auto shop. Her dad was out of town so I guess this is how she runs things when he’s gone.
