Whataburger

This location is a joke. I never got the name of the girl that was in the back who I assume was the shift supervisor but she kept yelling at the kid named Josh who was taking the front orders and working drive-​through to take the orders at drive-​through when he was in the middle of helping us. All employees were playing like it was a damn playground not a good establishment. Then josh’ boyfriend came to the counter and the same girl yelled at him to take orders at drive thru and stop talking to his boyfriend. How immature, unprofessional and embarrassing for that poor kid.

The general manager Lisa has a poor attitude. And when my order was messed up she fixed it but was a big cry baby about it. When I requested her name she went and hid in the office. I called the corporate office and have yet to hear from them. I refuse to eat at this restaurant until she is gone or apologizes to me.

Whataburger is one of the best old school fast food burger joints.
Staff was friendly… they just got my order wrong.
I requested grilled jalapeños, was charged but didn’t receive them.
I returned the burger and they added them… (see photo).
I ate my jr. and went on about my day.

I agree with others who have posted — Whataburger has really good food, good burgers. However, I must say that my latest visit to pick up just a chocolate shake was disappointing. Yes, the restaurant was clean, the help was very nice. But as for getting a «chocolate» shake… no, that’s not what I got. It was a vanilla shake with maybe a tablespoon of chocolate syrup in it. Really not what I wanted; I wanted a «chocolate» shake, not an also ran chocolate shake. To be fair to Whataburger, they are the fourth fast food place I’ve had this issue with in the past two months. Other fast food chains seem to be very stingy with the chocolate syrup lately. When I have time, I ask them to remake the items but sometimes I don’t discover the problem until I’m through the drive through.

Pretty good whataburger … close to home for us and have not ever had any problems here. Inside is pretty small compared to others in the area but I think that this location has been there awhile or was working with what space they could get.

We went here for a quick breakfast while visiting family in NRH. The store was clean and the stay were friendly. Food came out hot and fresh, as ordered.
I would surely visit again!

It’s a Whataburger, so that gets at least 3 stars no matter what! What a burger!
This location is in a difficult spot. Traffic coming off the highway interchange can make it really hard to get in and out. Because of that I’ve only been here 3 or 4 times.
In those few visits, the drive through has always been slower than I expected. Not sure if they were busy inside or what, but it took waaaay too long to get my meal.

This location is always nice and clean, my order is always correct, the staff is friendly.
Whataburger is my favorite fast food burger.
My husband have Whataburger for breakfast sometimes, and it always amazes me how inexpensive it is. He and I usually have breakfast and drinks for less than $ 10 total.

One of the better ones around!
