Came in Friday about 445 the door was open no one was around. I shouted hello a couple times with no response. Only had a couple carnations, one bouquet of yellow daisies and one bouquet of roses in the shop area, I hope they have more on the back? After 5 minutes or so I left, wasn’t sure what else to do!

What an amazing florist!
I ordered flowers to be delivered the Monday after Mother’s Day, the day after the busiest day of the year for florists.
We spoke on the phone, customized one of their online choices, and in the middle of a sub-freezing blizzard. they delivered the flowers to my friends for the move in to their new home.
The arrangement was beautiful, my friends were thrilled, and then, a few days later, I received a thank you note for doing business with them.
It doesn’t get better than this! Thank you!

Placed an order online for white tulips for a funeral, since I was unable to attend. The flowers arrive and they were — pink. Due to the time sensitive nature of the event, I called to inquire about a refund or other white-hued options and was greeted by a very rude voice on the other side. The only explanation I received was white was not available and pink was the closest option, after asking why I was’t contacted she continued to repeat «substitutions are possible» until I hung up the phone. My request of a second set or a refund was completely disregarded.
