Recently took my Mantas tiller in for service. It would run but just did not have power at high speed. Everything I read online said it was most likely a gummed up carburetor. My wife talked my in to taking it somewhere as I have been very busy taking care of my 85 year old mother and mother in law. WHAT A MISTAKE ! I paid the $ 48 for the diagnostic and an estimate. They called about a week later and said i needed new cylinder, piston and other parts. The said the cost would be another $ 385 to repair. I don’t even know if they ever looked at the carburetor or thought about rebuilding it. They went right for the big repair. I told them no thanks and that I would pick it up and try to repair it myself. I went to pick it up last week and what a surprise when they gave it back to me in PIECES. The piston was hanging out and and all the other parts were in a plastic bag. Remember, it was able to run when i took it to them. i was so shocked that i just took it and left. I’m not even sure all of the parts were in the plastic bag. I PAID $ 48FORTHEMTOJUSTDESTROYMYTILLER. I WISH I COULDATTACHPICSOFTHEUNIT. I have since went on line and bought a new Mantas tiller from the Mantas Company for $ 299 with a new tiller warranty. I will never use them again for service of any of my equipment ! I would give them zero stars if i could !

Great company that’s well priced and very knowledgeable and experienced in outdoor power equipment, and always willing to spend extra time to help every customer. They also have a well-rounded feed store with hard to find items. They’re stocked with hunting necessities, and feed for your horses, cats, and dogs, and everything in between!
