Love that they change the froyo flavors frequently. Add a Mrs Fields Cookie to your cup of froyo and I promise you’ll get a taste of heaven. Love this place. I wish they had more Mrs Fields/TCBY combo locations

You can’t go wrong with frozen yogurt. However, you can go wrong with a unclean toppings area and employees with bad attitudes. First of all, there is no sort of crowd control or organized line when there are multiple people trying to get served. So it looks like a big cluster fill in the blank. Second, you get to the toppings area and some of the toppings are mixed in with others and the area around them isn’t clean. Then you have little kids putting their hands in the toppings and picking them out and eating them. The employees are right next to the toppings area so they can see this happening. I guess they don’t care which bring me to my third point — employees with bad attitudes. If you don’t want a job, fine let someone else have it but you’re not paying me to get frozen yogurt I’m paying to be here. So being nice and helpful wouldn’t kill you. And they need to take time and come out from behind the counter, provide crowd control, and clean up. The only thing good here is the actual frozen yogurt and that’s because you squeeze it through the machine so no one has to touch it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It’s a chain, but TCBY has the only nondairy(and vegan) froyo. They recently unveiled chocolate with an almond base. I didn’t taste much almond, nor much sour yogurty flavors. But if you miss soft serve, here’s a good option. Plus you can add fruit(many kinds of berries) and boba and all that stuff, and even swirl it with sorbet. Though note that it’s pay-by-weight, for 55¢ an ounce, or $ 8.80 a pound. To compare that to storebought(a pint’s a pound the world around) it’s pretty luxe, but it’s a treat and not an every day thing. This branch is on the upper floor of the mall and shares space with a cookie company. If you come from the food court, bear right as you approach the atrium and escalators and you’ll see it.
