I bought glasses from this LensCrafters a year ago and they never fit me correctly even though I had them adjusted four different times. I recently found out that the initial measurement of the bifocal was too high. The staff has no skill to appropriately fit lenses or adjust frames. It’s so bad I decided to go elsewhere from now on. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Stay away from the Maplewood Lenscrafter store!

I received great service tonight!
We went in at 8:45pm with my daughter’s really odd prescription, needing them sooner, rather than later.
Right away the fellow (Don?) who is one of the technicians was really clear about what it would take to make her glasses, and what we’d need to do to get them faster, even if it meant shopping at the Roseville location instead of Maplewood.
That’s just good service… And that’s okay, because we are a family of 5 wearing glasses, and I’m sure that we’ll be coming back!
