Gator’s isn’t too far from me, so it’s even nicer to have a go-to just in case. The service is great, there when you need them, and not helicoptering when you don’t. The food is pretty good, my go-to is always the chili with chips. I’ve actually tried quite a few things here on my visits. If you have to ask, get the large. Large beer that is, and perhaps large on the chicken fingers — I must say, not all chicken fingers are created equally! The chicken strips at Gator’s are great! The perfect mixture of crispy outside and hot fresh meaty insides. Of course, laying on top of a nice pile of fresh fries. I’ve tried many of the appetizers and you really can’t go wrong, they’re all perfect to pair with a pitcher of beer and sit out on the back seating and watch the local volleyball league. I foresee many more times here for this next summer. If you’e looking for some drinks, some food, and maybe some keno — this is your spot!

Gators Pub is about as americana as it gets, from the smell that hits you when you walk in, to the sweet tunes over the radio. What they also have are some of the best wings we’ve reviewed yet: A mixture of spicey and sweet to tickle the pallet, Some of the most meat we’ve seen, along with the lowest price. Presentations was on point with individual wet naps and your very own bowl for the boney remains. The only«down side» is you will have to rip them apart yourself like god intended. # Plate Presentation 8 Meatiness 9 Overall Flavor 8 Sauce Viscosity 8 Overall 9

Great local bar /restaurant good for all ages !! I had the sort rib grilled cheese with sweat potato fries! The fries were some of the best I have had and the sandwich was great as well. I would go back for sure.

I’ve always liked this place. The food is decent and the service is solid. I’ve had salads, fried food, soup and many things on the menu. It’s not the most stellar food in the world but not the worst — it’s just what you’d expect for decent hometown pub grub. :) I really like the service though. Recently I went and sat outside before I played volleyball and the waitress was attentive, fun and had a smile on her face the entire time. I had the clam chowder which was pretty good and the cobb salad. My daughter had the spaghetti which she enjoyed and wife had fried chicken which was tasty. I look forward to enjoying several meals here during the volleyball season.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I was here last night with 5 other people. When we received our food. Both burgers were very over cooked, and one came smothered with cheese when he specifically asked for NO cheese. I ordered a steak medium rare and received it almost well done. I am however not a picky eater so I picked at it anyway. My friend with the overly cheesy burger took one bite and he had had enough. Our waitress spent most of her time entertaining 2 young guys at the bar. So by the time she came over to us to ask how everything was. We politely told her that our food was pretty over cooked. She had no response besides«okay.» We assumed. Like any good restaurant. That the meals wouldn’t be on the bill considering they were barley touched. To our surprise when we received our tab everything was still there. One of my friends also had asked for a separate check. And of course we got it all together. But whatever. We’ll figure it out anyway. The manager comes over to our table to ask how everything was after receiving our bill and we obviously voiced our thoughts to her as we did our waitress. My cheesy burger friend had stated to her that he was surprised to see his burger on the bill after he had said it was made wrong. And over cooked. Her response was«well then you should have said something when the waitress asked you how it was three times.» It pretty much went down hill from there. She got extremely rude when she discovered that we were unhappy with our meals but we still remained polite and friendly. By the time we were leaving it was getting very difficult to bite out tongues with how unprofessional the manager was. I stepped away to use the rest room and when I came back over to the table I noticed all the«regulars» at the bar giving us very mean looks. As I look back over at the bar I notice the manager bad mouthing our table to everyone at the bar. Whoever owns this place obviously needs to clean house of the shitty staff because they’re giving it a very bad name. I never EVER complain or leave bad reviews but it was so awful I just couldn’t let it go unheard. I will never return to this place. Ever.

Best restaurant ever! The chicken wings are to die for. Best onion rings around. Their hot sauce and blue cheese are outstanding. They also make the best root beer I’ve ever had.

THISPLACEIS A DIVE!!! They are more concerned about people playing volleyball then they are about their customers!!! I live in the area and I totally despise this place! I had gone with my brother that I have not seen in years. My brother had clams and scallops, I felt horrible when my brother was TRYING to eat! He tried several bites and could not eat any of it. He kept spitting it out in his napkin! The chowder was so thick that it was like puréed food! If you don’t know what that is its like cream of wheat! I repeatedly apologized to him because I suggested that we go there. Oh and don’t forget the popcorn, it was cold and tasted stale! Was not a nice dinner with my brother and especially not seeing him for about 6 years! I ordered a simple cheeseburger, how hard is that to cook appropriately? Well, it was under cooked, bloody juice coming from it, it was so gross! I also had ordered a drink from the bar. A simple sex on the beach, lol. It only took about a half hour for me to get my drink! They were not even busy! I would NOT recommend this DIVE! If you want a good meal and in the area take the little extra drive and go to Uncle Ronnies, good food, always something to do. On weekends they have a band there. Other days they have different things to do. REAL good drinks. Great bartenders. Or there is always Wrights Chicken Farm Restaurant, it’s family style. The owners are a piece of work at Gators Pub! if you ever have to deal with them good luck! Extremely rude! I will never ever go there again! It’s really not a good place if you are looking for pleasant staff, good food, awesome drinks, always a good time! They also have Flat screen TV’S and Wi-Fi. I don’t understand how Gators get the business like they do or is it all the volleyball people. Lol. Just be careful and don’t expect a good time! Not worth the money at all! Sorry for the rant!!! Just Not Good, GL if you go there!

Nice local spot, cozy atmosphere, reasonable prices, and outstanding food. The pulled pork nachos are to die for. The burgers are just as delicious. Comfort food at its finest. It’s a great way to end a motorcycle ride in the summer as they definitely cater to that atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. Nice little rec room in the back as well.

I came here with a good amount of people, I think maybe 4 – 5. We sat at the bar since it was open. It was a Sunday so of course we ordered the wings.(On Sunday their full sized wings are .50 each) We got the buffalo, parm garlic, and buffa-Q. Some of my wings were not cooked, there was blood rolling down the chicken when I took a piece out… I stopped and asked my friends if their chicken was cooked and theirs was also pink/reddish/bleeding. I complained to the waitress as she was right in front of me. She assured me they were cook and it was fine to eat and explained how they cook their chicken wings(baked then fried) She never offered to make a new batch for me, I know it was just 50 cents but still. So I just waited for my friends to finish and we left. I haven’t been back since.

Favorite place to go to watch a game or have a drink with friends. The pitchers of margaritas are my go to along with the nachos. The mac & cheese burger is amazing & can’t go wrong ordering the wings. Bar food & drinks done right

After moving to Burrillville I was looking for nearby places to eat… I didn’t think I’d be crazy for Gators, figuring they would have typical bar food. I was wrong… they have a great menu and the food is amazing!

ewww… The food is terrible, cheap fried crap, cheap meat in burgers. Just nothing to make me want to eat here ever again. For a bar, they have a terrible tap list. All M&M appointed BMC crap. Good bar scene, but not a place to go out to eat.

Have been here a few times now, and our experience is usually pretty average. The service is always GREAT. everyone is friendly and helpful, and everything is always clean and inviting. The food varies depending on what you get. most of it is pretty good pub food but nothing that would really bring me back. The first few times we went for dinner, it was just okay. nothing negative to make us not want to come back but the last time we decided to try for lunch, and it is just way too expensive for what you get. I don’t expect to spend so much for lunch at a pub, for average pub food. For what it is, and where it is(not too many choices around here), it’s not that I *wouldn’t* recommend it. I just find it to be way too expensive for lunch, and I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes elsewhere to get something more worthwhile.

Great pub. Service was outstanding, beers were cold. I had the special prime rib sandwich. I usually avoid a prime rib sandwich because they are usually too thick and tough. When the sandwich came I thought to myself«big mistake» this thing is huge I’m never gonna be able to chew through it. Wrong. It was like freakin butter. Fantastic. Might be the spot for Pat’s games this year.

This is one of our favorite places to go. The beer selection is pretty good, the food is solid, and the prices are reasonable. The bar is usually packed(often with townies, but I won’t hold that against them) and the staff is friendly. Our friend plays acoustic music there sometimes. The pool room in the back is nothing crazy, but nice if you just wanna hang and drink with friends. It can get quite a bit more busy during summer when they have volleyball.

Disappointed. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I got fish and chips & my friend got the Mac n cheese burger. My fish a faint pink color. I could t inspect it good cuz it was soo dark in the dining room. It wasn’t undercooked either. I have no idea what it was. The waitress offered me onion rings without telling me it was extra $$. The Mac n cheese on the burger was cold in some spots & the burger meat wasn’t flavorful at all. The fries & onion rings were good but anyone can make that! Won’t be back.

I lived up the road from Gator’s for years and my parents still do so I have been coming here forever. They have good selection of appetizers, sandwiches, dinners, and specials. The food has always been good and the service has never been an issue. If it was the owner is very attentive to customer satisfaction and will always try resolve any issues. They have free soup at lunch during the week and a bread bar at night. They also have a great variety of beer for a good price. On Wednesday nights they have an All You Can Eat Pasta Bar with a variety of toppings and sauces. You can even just make a plate to take home! Parking at time can be an issue especially during volleyball season but even if the parking lot is full there never seems to be a wait for dinner. At Gator’s you can get away with a good meal and drinks for a decent price. Stop by if you are in the area or try a pizza from their sister business Lumberjacks(located in the same building).
