I called this company a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for a deck with two stairs and a pergola, two door overhangs and some landscaping. Not a super small job, $ 15K as it turned out. I left a message, and the fellow called me back after two days (strike one). He said what I described is just what they do, and since he was in the field he asked me to give him a couple of days for him to look at his schedule (strike 2 — a couple of days to look at a schedule?) so he could call back to make a date to come over and scope out the job. (Meanwhile two of the other guys I called had already come by.) Strike three is the fact he never even called me back after that.
