Beyond satisfied with the customer service and actual results of work. I originally called Geek Squad at Best Buy… I described the issue«cracked screen, unable to enter pin to access data» They yes’d me to death and when I got there acted like a deer in headlights. I will NEVER use them after that — especially for a computer. uBreakiFix told me it would not be easy but they were done in an hour!!! and my phone is like new. THANKYOU!!!

I would give it zero if I could. I went to get my iphone 4 screen replaced. I brought my new screen. When. I got my phone back, it has light part up near the camera. I know they didn’t do it right. I think that they replace my screen with a old screen and not my bought screen. When I got it fixed agajn, the guy said that there were a lot of screws missing inside.

I read the previous reviews and I admit I was a little hesitant to stop here, but I figured I’d give it a try. I personally had a very good experience with this location. I stopped by with my iPhone 5 that had a bulging screen. Thinking I needed a new screen — honestly I was putting it off until the new iPhone comes out since this phone worked. Here it was immediately stated the internal batter was ready to blow. Took it a part and showed me and yeah– it looked almost like a black inflated balloon. Potential dangerous problem obviously. The battery was replaced within 4 minutes. The phone hasn’t had this kind of charge in a long time. I am very pleased with the service I received from the North Wales location.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Have not had any luck emailing or phone calling this store without having to drive one hour to drop off a tablet to see if they can fix it. They are incompetent and I would not use their services for anything ever. Please stay away.

Same complaints here. Expensive, takes a depo then doesn’t bother to call when part comes in, then blows the repair.

This is ridiculous. From their link on Google it says«we fix ALLPS3 problems». OK, so I send them an email that says«could I get a quote for repairing an HDMI port on a PS3? The plastic part broke out and its pretty mashed up inside the port, so a whole new port would new to be installed. Thanks!» Below is the response; «We don’t replace the hdmi port on the ps3. « Enough said — and heres your 1 star.

The service was great. The people were great. The price was great. They replaced my backplate for $ 20 in less than 5 mins. The gave helpful advice on how to take care of my phone. I would go back in a heart beat and would definitely recomend their services to anyone.

Didn’t have any problems. The guy there was polite and fixed my phone within 45 – 60 min. Phone works good.

They fixed my new iPhone 5 and sold me on a more protective case. I am sure there are more cost efficient options around, but they seemed to get the job done quickly and effectively.

Let me preface this by saying I’m the moron who dropped my smartphone and broke the glass. So I hear from a friend about«Ubreakifix» and take my phone there. I call them, explain the problem, and the guy tells me he has to order the part and take a deposit over the phone from me. I don’t hear back from them, so I call and am told the part has been there the whole time.(huh?) So I take my phone in, and am greeted by an employee that is not very friendly and makes me feel that I am inconveniencing him. Tells me it will take 1 — 1.5 hours to fix(on the phone I was told 30 min — 1 hr). Anyway, I come back in 1.5 hours and the phone is «just finishing up». Get the phone back, everything looks good, I’m happy. I get home, and a few hours later, the screen looks like it is coming apart. Within a day, it is almost halfway off. So the following day I take it back, expecting them to fix it as they told me it was guaranteed for 90 days. Instead, I’m told that«there’s a design flaw with the phone» and«just get a case for it to hold the screen on». Wow. So I go home and call customer service, who direct me to the KOP location. My wife takes it in, drops it off, and brings it home same day. Everything looks good, seems a bit more sturdy. Today, I see that the screen is falling off again. Moral of the story: Stay away from this company!!! Not only do they not do acceptable repairs, they are kind of hostile at the location in Montgomeryville if you tell them they didn’t do something correctly.

Let me update my review by saying that uBreakiFix did finally fix my iPad 2 correctly. The rate was $ 190 for a broken screen on an iPad 2. Long story short: I broke the screen. They replaced the screen. It broke again, immediately when I got it home, because the glue was not set properly. They replaced the screen a second time for free because it was their fault and covered under their warranty. I brought it home again, but the touch screen didn’t work properly. I brought it back a third time, and now it seems to be working. Note to anyone reading this, iPads are pretty easy to crack and not so easy to fix, apparently.
