I realized i ordered the wrong size for my snowboard. I was told that i was able to cancel the order since they did not ship it. I sent them emails via eBay and they are in the process of getting it back and i will be refunded.
That is good customer service.

BIKE PROBLEM! I had a problem with my Giant bike and being out of town, could not find a shop. Luckily, I ran into Roy at Cook’s. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous and charged a very fair price. Look no further, local resident or visitor, go see Roy if you have bike problems or want to purchase anything bike related. Thanks again Roy.
