The worst cvs pharmacy branch and the absolute worst pharmacists. I went with visible pain to fill a prescription and their service was really bad. The pharmacists are so disrespectful and rude. Would not recommend coming here unless no other options.

Cramped tight CVS, long lines, does not compare well to other CVSs I’ve been to. On the other hand, it’s really the drug store downtown, and the staff worked the long lines quickly and efficiently. The prices are relatively good, we got what we needed and even got some helpful directions from the cashier.

Wildly unprofessional pharmacy. They do make comments about your meds and more than once they had me call my doctor and then hand them the phone just because they couldn’t read a script or something. I mean, for all they know, I could have called my brother. They were also slow and slipshod when contacting my insurance company. And they were routinely rude to the elderly, the disabled and people with limited English language skills. A lot of attitude, paired with total incompetence. When I first met this crew, I thought they just failed in comparison to my previous and most excellent pharmacy, or I thought maybe it was a CVS problem. But now I’ve transferred to a new CVS that seems to communicate just fine with doctors, insurance companies and customers. You know what, though? The check out staff up front is nice, and the store is pretty well stocked for a smaller CVS.

My first experience with this location was rather unpleasant. I had called to have my prescription transferred here since I’ve recently moved to the area. The guy on the phone was rude and seemingly annoyed with having to transfer the info. When he read back the name of my inhaler he added«…whatever that is» in at the end… what a douche! This store is also forever messy. Not my fave by any means but I will continue to go there out of convenience.
