Most employees in the pharmacy are very rude
It takes forever and a day to get your Rx refilled.
When you call they say 2 hours. But in I go in it will be a hour. She got very rude on the phone.

I don’t know what the other two people were smoking, or how their personal attitudes reflected the pharmacists attitudes towards them, but every time I go in and pick up medications for my grandparents, the pharmacy staff is NOTHING BUT friendly, helpful, and are always smiling. Just remember, kindness is a two-way street. If you come in pissed off and take it out on them, of course they may be rude back.

They are so rude and nasty, worst pharmacy staff, I’m glad to see I’m not the only one that feels that way. They’re inconsiderate and have no compassion. I stopped going a long time ago. I would NOT have given them a star but had to so I could write a review. They clearly DO NOT want to work with any kind of customer service and help people. I’m unsure how much I can mention about this but do yourself a favor and go to Wgns… They go the extra mile and are happy to do so.

Rudest Pharmacy Team in the Valley. It’s a shame that such pretty girls are so rude and nasty. If you don’t like dealing with people all day long maybe they should’ve thought about that before they went into this field… Just saying
