My truck broke down @4:30 on Friday Easter weekend. We had it towed to this location. Bryan and the staff went above and beyond. They were supper a commentating even to my 3kids They had us back on the road in know time. The technician was extremely knowable. They saved our weekend. I think they stayed a little late for us. They were awesome.

I love Firestone, and this one in particular. I have used Firestone for my car for the past 12 years, and it is still going strong thanks in part to Firestone.
The store here in Northampton is outstanding. Best example: I needed to remove frozen bolts to get my new plates. They got it done in 15 minutes and below their estimated cost. Can’t beat that. Wish they had coffee.

At first, I was impressed with their tire prices and coupons for oil changes in the paper. Got my car inspected at me year and was rejected for a broken tail light (true, happened without my knowledge), crappy wiper blades (maybe true) and a crooked headlight (true but an easy fix). They quoted me almost 400 $ to have them fix it at (20 $ per wiper blades min, never mind the rest). Needless to say I fixed most of that myself and did not return for an inspection to them. I got new wipers at Wal-​Mart, had a friend fix my tailight, went to a small time garage for my final inspection to get the headlight fixed, which they stuck a piece of card board under and passed me no prob. Fast forward two years to May this year. I get an oil change and they tell me I need a new alternator. Guess what? It’s November and I’ve had no problem. Way to take advantage of people. Want to make sales? Don’t rope me in for something I don’t nded. Not going back

My friend and I were taking a roadtrip from NJ to VT when my car broke down along the highway on 91N in Northampton, MA (4 hours from home). It was towed to Firestone (one of the few auto service centers open on a Sunday), where I was told the car needed a new engine (a $ 6K repair). Very upset, we quickly had to figure out what to do. Nick, one of the associates, drove my friend and I to a nearby restaurant where we could stay until our ride came to get us. Once I decided I wanted the car towed back to NJ, Firestone let me keep my car on their premises for one week free of charge. Jordan, another associate, kept in communication with me to let me know what the technician recommended, when the car was being towed, and offered any follow-​up services. Despite the messy circumstances, the guys all handled the situation with great care, concern, and professionalism. Would recommend this location to anyone in a heartbeat.

Our car was repaired at your shop in August of 2014. We paid nearly $ 800 for a battery, alternator, and belt. Now, not 6 months later, we need a new battery. To say I’m not happy would be an understatement. What a rip off. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

Got a great price on a set of tires and was in and out with a MA Inspection sticke. The Manager Jay and lead Technician Tad were great. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and I was in no time.

Easthampton, MA
Very crooked and dishonest. Took my car in last week and charged me $ 900 for a repair that I later found out should cost $ 700. They installed a part improperly so I brought it back and they suggested another $ 900 in additional repairs needed, including $ 300 for a rear brake replacement which I could do myself in an hour and $ 30 in parts. All this on a car which passed inspection just last week. Currently listening to them hard sell another customer on a repair. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Had a 130 appointment for an oil change. It has been over an hour and the truck still had not been touched. It took 30 minutes for someone to drive it into a bay, and it has been sitting untouched for another 30. What is the point of an appointment if it isn’t even remotely kept? I would not recommend coming here to anyone.

Don’t ever come here for an inspection! They’ll screw you over big time! They Failed me for an upper ball joint, my father, who works on cars, looked it over and nothing was even wrong with the upper ball joint! They quoted $ 230 dollars to repair something that wasn’t even broken to begin with! We went back and they reinspected it and it passed. They just want you’re money so don’t be fooled my their kindness! 8P

Last summer my friend and I ventured up to Northampton to pick something up at Smith Voke. His truck began leaking fluid onto the passenger side floorboards, and being concerned we pulled into Firestone.
Without much of a wait one of the staff pulled the truck into one of the bays and immediately knew what was up. Condensation had built up due to the running of the AC and the port that the condensation leaks out of was plugged up with dirt. They drained the water and sent us on our way at no cost.
I haven’t seen that kind of treatment from a «chain» service center EVER!

This is where I took my car for all of its service when I lived in the area. The mechanics were trustworthy and good. The prices were not the cheapest, but they never recommended that I get unnecessary stuff done and always explained what was going on. Highly recommend. Also, they are AAA approved.
