I’ve been in an apartment maintained by these folks for two years now. Overall I am satisfied. The property has performed as expected, and service requests have been answered in a vaguely reasonable time frame. My only complaint is that when we first looked at the place the rental agent didn’t disclose the company’s fee until *after* we had looked at the property. I thought it was a bit slick, but we worked something out with the property owner and have been happy ever since then.
