This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had receiving a health or beauty service. I tried to make a 3:30 appointment and was told I had to come at 3. I got there at 3 and waited until 3:40 for my massage. The whole office was messy, cluttered, and unprofessional. When I got into the room for my massage, she told me to undress and lie face down, but didn’t even shut the door. I swung the door shut and 20 seconds later she barged in without knocking, telling me I had to pay first. I was using a Groupon and she started demanding a tip up front of at least 10 dollars or more. When I told her I would pay the tip at the end, she started yelling at me. All the while I was only halfway decent. I laid down for the massage after she finally agreed to me paying the tip after and she answered her phone and then proceeded to talk for 1 minute in Chinese while massaging me with one hand. I asked her to get off the phone. She then got off the phone and massaged me for 2 minutes before asking me to get up and give her my «coupon» before she would proceed. She then called her «boss» and put me on the phone with her were I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction, only to understand that the boss didn’t understand a word I was saying either. I put on my clothes awkwardly in front of this crazy lady and left. I called Groupon, filed a complaint, and received a refund for my massage. I hope and believe that this unprofessional behavior will put them out of business fast.

It looks heavenly. Pay for and hour get the full hour. Nice establishment. Great location. They even make you a promise. If it’s not the best they will loan you $ 1.2 tt
