Used these guys for Radon remediation system and they were great. Not only did they fit me in after I changed the appointment like 5 times because of new construction, they were very professional and installed the system where I wanted it and showed me the particulars and described Radon. They came on time and did the job quick and it was a reasonable price. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing this service. Radon is a scary thing and these guys take care of the problem so you don’t have to worry.

We’re really happy with Eagle Environmental. They have stayed true to their guaranteed radon level. We started with a very high radon level. After the first visit we were down to the U.S. Standard but they have come back to adjust the system about four more times to get us down to the international standard. The staff has been very knowledgable and friendly. We would definitely recommend them.
One afternoon appointment did get canceled because their morning appointment went over schedule. We’ve scheduled morning appointments since and never had a problem.

Extremely unprofessional. Did not show up for a scheduled appointment and made no effort to contact me to explain or re-​schedule. Won’t respond to my attempts to contact them.

We used Eagle for radon remediation in Boston. They were easy to work with, scheduled us about a week out, and showed up on time. It took them about half a day. They included a test which we sent to the lab and the results were great. We went from 4.1 to .09 and couldn’t be happier. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with.

Eagle Environmental is arguably the single most professional, courteous and on-​time small business contractor that I have ever dealt with. Layout of the system was thoughtful, the 2 men came precisely on time, the work quality was excellent. They cleaned up after. I highly recommend this company for radon mitigation.

I had the system installed just before I moved into my new home in February. The numbers came back great, so the best I can say is that the system works.
Once the season changed and I opened my bedroom windows I realized that the placement of the fan was less than ideal. I started emailing and calling them in May. After at least 7 attempts to contact them I got a call and an email from Caroline that she was sorry that they had been quite busy… we agreed via email, so I have documentation, that someone would come out at 2:30 today to look at the placement. It is a no-​show, so I called and emailed Caroline asking for an update. It looks like I’m not getting one, so now I have to find a new radon mitigation system installer to move the LOUD fan.
Never less satisfied with customer service.
