Simply could not be happier with the service. Brought my fried laptop in this morning at 9:30. All I asked was if he could save the pictures off the hard drive somehow. I have pictures from my honeymoon and of the first years of my daughters life saved to that computer that I was too foolish to back up. It’s 2:30 and I write this review on a full functional machine. All data saved and the price was very reasonable. I will bring all my business to this shop from now on.

Owner seems like a nice guy. Seems like he knows what he’s doing. After paying him to install some hardware in my computer Windows wouldn’t update anymore. The night before i brought it to him I did all the window updates. So logically, if it worked fine before I brought it to him and had a problem after bringing it to him I assigned him the blame. He advised me it must have been a pre-​existing problem. I assured him it took all the updates just the night before bringing it to him but he persisted in saying it was a pre-​existing problem. He was paid to install hardware, created a problem and then wanted to get paid again for fixing that problem… no thank you. Also, he erased every picture from my external hard drive just to give me the ability to boot from the external hard drive as well… i didn’t ask for that, so thanks for erasing the picture history of my child.
5÷2÷14 update
owner called me today to ask me to edit my Unilocal review. He said he wanted me to edit the last part of my review, that it was not true. He said he never told me that he had put a copy of my OS on the external hard drive… that doing so would wipe the external hard drive clean. I disagreed with his memory of that day. I stand by the above paragraph that I wrote on the day that all this happened.

Very Smart, helpful and able to explain technology advancements well. He helped me way my options about my old beat up computer and he also sold me a refurbished computer for a great price about 9 months ago and it works wonderfully. Very happy and will be purchasing another computer from here for my business.

Brian is Great. Had a serious problem that was critical to our network and which I unfortuantely had not backed up. A number of mistakes led to this computer requiring immediate surgery to get it back in operations. Called Northboro and Brian said I could come right over. 45 minutes later, back on my way to work and the computer is running better than before. Not really sure what he did but the cost was overly reasonable. Definitely going to return. Smart guy
