I still love going to the library, and Northborough has a good one. They pretty much rebuilt the whole thing a couple of years ago and made it much more modern. They have a great young adult room with Internet and couches and of course books. The selection of new release books and DVDs is very good for a small town library as well.
In addition to all the normal library type things books and movies they also offer «hiking rentals» which include a backpack, walking stick and maps of the local trails. they also offer great summer camp/​learning activities. and have a large Internet room.

Wondering where the Library is? Me too! Currently just a shell of a building at 34 Main Street In Northborough, the library is under construction, soon to morph into a better than ever new library!
Check out the website for information about the Northborough Library INCLUDING where the temporary location is. I’ve seen the signs to the temp location, but I’m too timid to venture out on my own and travel to parts of my town I know little about.
Don’t get me wrong. Northborough is a wonderful place, albeit dangerous to ride your bicycle on the main roads because of crazed rushed vendors and through traffic. I just get lost easily, like when I lived in Watertown and landed my first professional job in Newton (the neighboring town) and I got lost when I tried to drive there without my Mommy for the first time.
