This was an awful experience. I did several sessions, and Marcy spent the whole time telling me how gross my hair was. A year later I still have scarring on the area where I received electrolysis, and there is no change in my hair.

I’ve been to a few electrolysists and Marcy is the best! She listened to my history of hair growth, made suggestions, and explained the whole process in detail. She really knows her stuff. Her technique has been less painful and has caused less redness than other places. Her office is very clean and comfortable. Her prices are average to low. I am no longer conveniently located near her office, but I think I will have to drive the distance to keep her services because I can’t find anyone else as good in my area.

Marcy saved me from my facial hair problem. She is professional and knows her business. I would recommend anyone who ones a permanent solution to their hair removal to seek her out.

Marcy is good at what she does– as long as you are okay with her being rude. She doesn’t like others giving their feedback or opinions, and if you book an appointment with her for a certain time and SHE goes over her time, she charges you extra. It is absolutely ridiculous. I left Marcy and went elsewhere because of her pricing and attitude. I was not comfortable working with her and would recommend going somewhere else.

I have had electrolysis done in the past but was not happy with the places. Went to Marcy and she is great. She is always on time for appointments and does a great job. I was having problems with redness and bumps, but with Marcy I have none of those problems. A great experience. Highly recommended.
