This company is no longer trustworthy. They were given our bedroom draperies in July to retrofit in our new home. After three failed promises for installation, we no longer heard from them. for one month after, we called cell phone and workplace numbers with no answer or return calls. After even calling his home, there was no follow up, no callback, and they still have our draperies.

I can’t say enough about how poorly we were treated. Our original order took nearly 3 months to be completed. The representative and owner(Marc) of the company made several errors, failed to admit them, and ultimately poorly rectified those mistakes. I recommend Empire or 3 day blinds, if you value your time, and prefer less aggravation.

I can’t say enough about these people. I bought my home ELEVEN years ago. It came with wood blinds. Apparently there was a part that wasn’t quite right to these blinds(manufacturing defect, not the fault of Alan’s) and every so often, they break. When a few need attention, I call Alan’s to come out. They are always spot on time and honor every appointment. To this day, they have fixed every one of the blinds — and they have never charged me a penny. This is a business that stands behind its product. I could not recommend them more highly.
