Epic Events

Be VERY careful when using Epic Events for your Event. If you do hire or have already hired Epic, make sure to go see the work before the day of the event. We hired Epic to do design and centerpieces for a Bar Mitzvah. They were professional during our intitial meeting. They came up with a great theme and design for the centerpieces. We agreed on the centerpieces and Epic sent a picture of what they were supposed to look like. When we requested another meeting closer to the event to make sure we were all on the same page, they preferred to have it over the phone. We did not go view the centerpieces before the event. We assumed that they would reproduce what was in the pictures they provided us. On the day of the event, I noticed that 8 of the 18 centerpieces were not done correctly. At that point, there was nothing we could do. I spent thousands of dollars on a theme for the Bar Mitzvah and I actually had people ask me what the theme was after the Bar Mitzvah. When we contacted Epic after the event regarding the «mistake», they had no choice but to accept responsibility. The centerpieces did not look like the ones in the pictures provided and contracted for. They offered us a minimal refund which was nothing close to the cost of the incorrect centerpieces. There are many options for event companies. I would not recommend this one if you want a company that is competent enough to perform the service promised.
