Hanna Property Inspection

I was very happy with the services provided by Michael Hanna in the purchase of our home. We contacted Michael who immediately answered, setup and scheduled an inspection, and was on time for the inspection (which to me means earlier than our agreed upon time). Michael and his associate went through every angle, inch, and crack of the home and got their hands dirty by walking the roof, the attic and checking under the deck in the back. Michael found a handful of items which needed to be rectified. This led to negotiating a closing credit to fix the issues that were found. The report that Michael provided was professional, thorough and included pictures of all issues mentioned within the report. He highlighted critical issues and mentioned minor issues as well. Overall, Michael’s services helped protect our interest in our first time home buying process and we would recommend him to anyone interested in having a house inspection done.
