Came here to exchange an agenda for a different design. My sister is getting is married and Kate Spade is perfect for all things bridal! The store itself is gorgeous with fun colors, bows, and all things sparkly– which is what Kate Spade is known for. I love how girly and fun the aesthetic is. The price points are a little higher but that’s what makes the gift more special to the recipient.
The entire process was super simple (had my receipt and planner was in sealed, original plastic wrap). I’m writing this review because the sales associate did such a nice job of wrapping a present I ended up buying. She took her time and wrapped the gift (which was super simple and nothing extravagant) very slowly and made sure to tie on this super quirky Kate Spade ribbon it.
Presentation is everything and I felt that the associate did a great job of making the present perfect!
Minus one star because they carry so many more items online (which they did not have in store– like the entire bridal line!)

You cant find the prices in any of the bags. Associate is slow and cant multitask. Waste time with socializing instead of customer service. Nope not spending my money in a store where I am ignored.
