My review would have been four starts if it was not for the rude and arrogant man that you need to talk to first when making an appt. The technician (woman) was wonderful and gave me piece of mind that all nits were removed, but in all honesty, kid snips sells the same merchandise for a lot less $$. Buy the LiceMeister comb and just do it on your own! I will not return to this location as the owner is someone I do not wish to give my business to.
