After writing my review on my poor experience, Pure Power called me, apologized, and asked how they could make things right. We set up an appointment for 1⁄16. The technician was a great guy who showed up on time, walked my husband through what he was doing, and from what we can see, did a wonderful job. Thank you Pure Power, for being accountable and fixing your mistakes. I greatly appreciate it. I plan to go back for my annual generator maintenance.
