I have been a customer of Quintessence Paper for many years. Carolyn has done both of my children’s Bar Mitzvah invitations and they were outstanding. Although the physical store is no longer open, I was relieved to find out Quintessence and Carolyn are still available for all invitation needs. Recently she has helped me with notecards, my friends holiday cards and we are working on invite number three as well as place cards and such. Carolyn is creative, easy to work with and can help you with everything from the invitation to the stamps, addressing, mailing etc. She just makes it so easy. Love working with her. Her product is second to none.

I used Quintessence for my invitations for my wedding last July. I had gone to a number of shops, but was having trouble finding the right invitations. I met with Carolyn, who listened to what I liked and helped me to make invitations that really captured what I wanted (classic and elegant). Carolyn had great ideas, but wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to hard sell me on anything. I was thrilled with how beautiful the invitations were and received many compliments from guests on them.
The invitations were somewhat pricey, but I did get a deal because I used Quintessence for all of my wedding paper (invites, escort cards, programs and thank you notes). The quality of the invitations was so much nicer than any other ones I’ve seen. It was definitely worth the extra money to have them done right.
Carolyn responded to emails promptly and completed my orders quickly. She was very nice and helpful during our meetings and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Quintessence!

Wow am I glad I took the advice. Carol (who I believe is the owner) knows her stuff. She not only recommended some really beautiful paper, but also gave me advice about what to write on the invitations.

They offered me great suggestions, they worked with my timeline, they were always available to answer my thousands of questions and they worked very well within my price points. The process with painless and smooth — I am so happy I found them! Everything they did for me was perfect, from the invitations all the way down to the seating cards. I can’t say enough of how outstanding the service was at Quintessence. From my initial meeting with Carolyn, she was patient and offered me a great selection to choose from as I eyed the books of sample invitations. When she was out of the store, Pattie was there to answer my calls and email questions. Our wedding invitations came out perfectly and our guests have commented how posh they were! I think Quintessence is fabulous! Carolyn is so patient and helpful with any stationary or gift needs. My mom and I worked with her for my wedding invitations and rehearsal invitations. My wife and I used Quintessence for our Wedding Invitations and were extremely happy with how they turned out. Carolyn was great to work with, and really helped guide us through the process (she was especially helpful in terms of suggestions around etiquette and fitting the invitations to our budget).
We also love the shop! Every time we go in there we’re picking up more than we went in for. Some of the items are expensive, but they are of extremely high quality. They also have pretty regular sales, with nice gift and seasonal items at significant savings.

I went to Quintessence for my wedding invitations. Carolyn, the owner, did such an amazing job and was so helpful that I went back and purchased cocktail napkins, place cards, and thank you cards. Everything we received was beyond my expectations. I would recommend Quintessence to anyone getting married and in need of invitations, etc!

I went to Quintessence upon a co-​workers recommendation to get save-​the-​dates and invitations for my wedding. The shop is adorable and the owner helped me pick out really colorful and personalized invites. I take a long time to make up my mind and she really helped me through the process. I would definitely shop there again.

My mom insisted I have personalized thank you note cards made up for my small wedding, and she took me here. They had many kinds to choose from for every budget. You can have note cards that are already in the store personalized for a nominal extra fee, or you can order customized ones through their binders and binders of options from different stationery sources. I ended up ordering from one of the binders, and they came in promptly, were well priced, came out great and I loved them!
The women who own the store are very helpful and were easy to work with. Besides stationery products, they sell lots of cute things for gifts.
I would definitely recommend this store to others in the area.
