Since my last update, I have called and left several messages at their corporate headquarters. Surprise, surprise, no one has ever had the courtesy to call me back. One day. somebody actually answered the phone. I was in shock, I thought that I had called the wrong number as they answered it with another name. Apparently, this company is in the middle of bankruptcy. I originally purchased the membership in March of 2007. Apparently, they were fully aware that they were closing that location and that they would be filing bankruptcy, they just failed to share this information with their customers. They also informed me that there was nothing they could do to satisfy or reimburse me because of their current situation. Infuriating. I asked if they would send me a cd of all the images that they had taken of my son for compensation. «Sure», they answered, but it will cost $ 159.” Are you frigging kidding me? There are only 10 pictures! I also asked for the 3 8×10’s that were part of the membership. He hemmed and hawed and claimed that it would take alot of time to go through their archives. It’s a frigging digital image, how hard is it? It was on their website. He finally promised ONE 8×10. It is now 1÷11÷09 and I hae yet to receive it or the email that he had promised to me.
