This bank has terrible customer service. This branch is the closest to our office, and I visit the location regularly. The tellers are always very polite and helpful, but the staff who deal with everything else are absolute nightmares. They have such an attitude problem, it’s unbelievable. I come in regularly to send basic wire transfers, and each time they make the process so difficult. They are extremely rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH.

When I took over 60 year old family business in 2007, the only advise my grandfather has was «find a great banker» It took some time and floating around some of the other banks in the south loop till I found Kyle at the Chase branch on Canal.
Even when Kyle transfered to the branch in Northbrook I have followed him.
Its the basics that he does so well that has a busy business owner I appreciate so much
1) He always answers his phone
2) He always responds to emails
3) Always willing to meet to get paperwork signed and done.
Simply amazing service
